Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Audovo platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Audovo.
Audovo provides cloud-based tools to manage and automate voice workflows using Twilio and SIP-based phone systems. All users are expected to configure their accounts responsibly and comply with local laws and telecom regulations.
You are responsible for managing your own Twilio credentials unless you are on a managed plan. Misuse of services, including abuse of outbound calling, spam calls, or failure to pay, may result in account suspension or termination.
Audovo is built to help businesses streamline call handling and emergency escalation. Please use responsibly to ensure service continuity for all users.
