How to Connect Twilio:
- Log in to your Twilio Console at console.twilio.com.
- From the homepage dashboard, copy your Account SID and Auth Token.
- In your Audovo Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Twilio Integration.
- Paste the values into the respective fields and click Verify Connection.
- Our backend will perform a lightweight API ping to confirm authentication.
Stripe Payments
Secure payments, trials, and invoices are handled seamlessly through Stripe. Your card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe's compliance servers, keeping billing automated and transparent.
How Billing Connects:
- No manual setup needed: When you start a free trial, Stripe billing is connected in the background.
- To view invoices or update payment cards, visit Billing & Plans in your Audovo Dashboard.
- All charges are secured via Stripe Elements, matching our clean mid-century modern aesthetic.
Slack & MS Teams
Stream call alerts, voicemail notifications, and missed call logs directly into your team channels. Keep your support and sales teams aligned without jumping between different communication tools.
How to Connect Slack:
- In your Audovo Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Notifications.
- Under the integrations panel, click the Add to Slack button.
- Authorize Audovo and choose the Slack channel (e.g.
#phone-alerts) to post notifications to. - Save. Incoming voicemail details and call alerts will automatically post in real time.
HubSpot & Salesforce
Log call events, client interactions, call durations, and audio recording links directly to contact records. Maintain a single source of truth for customer calls and timeline tracking.
How to Sync Your CRM:
- Log in to your Audovo Dashboard and go to Developer Tools > Integrations.
- Click Connect HubSpot or Connect Salesforce.
- Authenticate with your CRM credentials in the OAuth login window.
- Verify mapping parameters (e.g. log voicemail transcripts as notes, link recordings to deals) and save.
Zapier Automations
Connect Audovo to over 5,000+ popular web services. Build custom multi-step Zaps to email customers after a missed call, add SMS opt-ins to spreadsheets, or sync voicemails with Google Drive.
How to Connect Zapier:
- Go to zapier.com and search for the **Audovo** application.
- Create a new Zap and choose Audovo as the trigger app (e.g. trigger on
New Voicemail). - When prompted for credentials, copy your **Audovo API Key** from Developer Tools > API Keys in your dashboard and paste it into Zapier.
- Select and test the trigger, then add your custom workflow action steps.
Webhooks & REST API
Connect Audovo to your own CRM, databases, or Slack workspace. Our Webhooks engine sends real-time HTTP POST notifications when calls are initiated, answered, missed, or when voicemails are transcribed.
How to Connect Webhooks:
- Go to **Developer Tools** > **Webhooks** in your Dashboard.
- Click **+ Add Webhook** and input your server's listener URL.
- Select the events you want to subscribe to (e.g. `call.received`, `voicemail.transcribed`).
- Save. Our server will send a JSON payload whenever these events trigger.
