At Audovo, your privacy and data protection are central to our product principles. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of data we collect, how we process it, and your rights regarding your personal information. By using Audovo, you consent to the practices described here.
Audovo does not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. We process your data solely to deliver, secure, and monitor your cloud telephony and IVR automation workflows.

Audovo Team — Privacy First2. Data We Collect
To operate your account and route incoming phone calls, we collect and process:
- **Account Information**: Name, company, work email address, and hashed passwords.
- **Configuration & Credentials**: Encrypted Twilio API SIDs, Auth Tokens, and API keys.
- **Telephony Logs (Metadata)**: Timestamps, call duration, status, direction, and caller IDs.
- **Voice Data**: Temporary voicemail recordings and transcripts generated via your configurations.
- **Billing Details**: Stripe customer IDs, payment logs, and billing cycles. We do not store raw credit card details on our servers.
3. How We Use Data
We use the collected information to: * Configure and maintain your IVR menus and SIP phone connections. * Process subscription renewals, billing balances, and overage tracking. * Deliver missed-call alerts and email notifications. * Run OpenAI voice assistant interactions (if enabled). * Diagnose telecommunication routing errors and monitor platform security.
4. Data Security
We enforce strict technical controls: * **Token Encryption**: Client-specific Twilio Auth Tokens and API secrets are encrypted using industry-standard **AES-256-GCM** before writing to the database. * **Secure Sessions**: All connection cookies use `HttpOnly`, `Secure` (over HTTPS), and `SameSite=Lax` parameters to prevent token theft. * **Network Firewalls**: Active monitoring blocks malicious login attempts.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
* **Historical Logs**: Call metadata and SMS statistics are cleaned up after **90 days** to protect privacy and maintain database speeds. * **Voicemails & Transcripts**: Media files are deleted from local servers immediately upon client deletion in the dashboard, or automatically within 30 days of account closure. * **Subscription Cancellation**: When your account is canceled, all associated configuration profiles and numbers are purged from the system after the grace period ends.
6. Your Rights & Support
Depending on your location, you may have rights under CCPA, GDPR, or carrier regulations to access, correct, or delete your processed personal data. For all privacy inquiries or deletion requests, please contact our privacy desk at support@audovo.com.
