Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 30 June, 2026

1. Service Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Audovo platform. By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all usage of Audovo.

Audovo provides cloud-based tools to manage, configure, and automate voice workflows using Twilio and SIP-based phone devices. All customers are responsible for their own account configurations, call routing settings, and compliance with telecommunications standards.

2. Billing, Subscription Tiers, and Overages

Subscription pricing is determined by your selected plan (Starter at $49/month, Pro at $99/month, or Business at $199/month).

* **Included Limits**: Plan tiers include specific allocations for active phone numbers, user seats, and inbound call minutes. * **Overage Charges**: Inbound minutes exceeded during a billing cycle are charged at a rate of **$0.02 per minute**. Overage charges are aggregated and billed at the end of the billing period. * **Free Trials**: Free trials run for 14 days. During the trial period, active calling out and phone number purchasing are locked to prevent system abuse. Upon expiration, your saved payment card will be charged the standard monthly rate unless canceled prior to the 14th day.

3. Cancellation, Subscription Status, and Phone Number Release

WARNING ON NUMBER RELEASE: You may cancel your subscription at any time. When your subscription is set to cancel, your account enters a "canceling" grace period until the end of your active billing cycle. Upon final cancellation, the system automatically releases your provisioned phone numbers. Releasing a phone number returns it to the carrier pool, meaning you will permanently lose access and ownership of that phone number. Audovo is not liable for business interruptions due to lost phone numbers resulting from account cancellations.

4. Acceptable Use and Communication Policies

You agree to only use Audovo for legitimate, lawful business communications. Specifically: * **No Communications Abuse**: You shall not use the platform for automated spam calls, robocalls, unsolicited marketing, harassment, or spoofing caller IDs. * **SMS & A2P 10DLC Regulations**: If sending text messages, you agree to secure customer opt-in consents and adhere to carrier policies, including A2P 10DLC registration requirements. Outbound spam will result in immediate termination.

5. Call Recording and Consent Responsibilities

Audovo supports call recording features. You acknowledge that call recording laws vary significantly by state, region, and country (including one-party vs. two-party consent laws). You are solely responsible for notifying call participants when recording is enabled, adding verbal disclosures, and complying with all local wiretapping regulations.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

Audovo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Uptime is monitored closely but not guaranteed. Audovo does not support emergency call routing (such as 911 dials) and should not be used as a primary emergency system.

7. Data Retention and Safety

Call logs, metadata, voicemail recordings, and billing information are stored securely. Audovo reserves the right to clean up and delete historical logs or temporary call assets older than 90 days to maintain database health and system speeds.
