We send a simple recommended phone menu plan

You'll get a straightforward routing plan by email — what the menu should say, what each option does, and how after-hours calls get handled.

You can launch it in Audovo or ask follow-up questions

Once you're happy with the plan, you can set it up in Audovo or reply with any questions. No pressure to move faster than you're comfortable with.

Prefer a quick call? Reply to the confirmation email with a few times after 5 PM Eastern and we'll find something that works.

In the meantime, you can reply to the confirmation email with:

  • Your current phone provider (so we know what we're working with)
  • Whether you want to keep your existing number
  • Who on your team should receive calls
  • What should happen outside business hours
  • Whether you want voicemail, text replies, or both
