Porting lets you keep your established business numbers while shifting your routing to Audovo. The porting process takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your legacy carrier.
Step 1: Gather Documentation
Make sure you have a Letter of Authorization (LOA) signed by the account owner and a copy of your recent customer billing statement (from Verizon, Comcast, RingCentral, etc.).
Step 2: Submit Port Request
Upload these files in the Twilio Console under Phone Numbers > Porting. The porting team will coordinate with your old provider to establish a handover date.
Step 3: Map in Audovo
Once Twilio notifies you that the port is complete, the number will show up inside Audovo's Phone Numbers list, ready to route to your builders.
