Configuring Your Initial User Extensions and Roles

Adding your team to Audovo lets you forward calls to their specific extensions, build call queues, and separate billing managers from support agents.

Step 1: Invite a User

Go to the Team Members tab and click "Add New User". Enter their email address and select their user role:

  • Admin: Full control over Twilio integrations, billing, and system settings.
  • Agent: Can answer calls via WebRTC, check call logs, and update customer profiles.
  • Billing: Can modify subscription tiers and download receipts but cannot modify call routes.

Step 2: Allocate Extensions

Assign a unique 3-digit extension (e.g., 101, 102) to the user. This extension can be dialed by customers inside your IVR menu or mapped directly from your incoming lines.
