Adding your team to Audovo lets you forward calls to their specific extensions, build call queues, and separate billing managers from support agents.
Step 1: Invite a User
Go to the Team Members tab and click "Add New User". Enter their email address and select their user role:
- Admin: Full control over Twilio integrations, billing, and system settings.
- Agent: Can answer calls via WebRTC, check call logs, and update customer profiles.
- Billing: Can modify subscription tiers and download receipts but cannot modify call routes.
Step 2: Allocate Extensions
Assign a unique 3-digit extension (e.g., 101, 102) to the user. This extension can be dialed by customers inside your IVR menu or mapped directly from your incoming lines.
