How to Create and Configure Your Audovo Client Profile

Your Client Profile is the structural foundation of your Audovo voice network. It defines your tenant boundaries, company name, contact email, and primary support phone number. Setting this up correctly prevents timezone offset errors in your call rotations.

Step 1: Enter Business Identity

Log in to your Audovo Dashboard and navigate to Settings > Client Profile. Fill in your formal company name, contact email, and primary support phone number. This information will appear on billing receipts and outbound voicemail notifications.

Step 2: Configure Timezones

Select your primary operations timezone. If your call handlers are distributed, choose the central headquarters timezone. This selection dictates when your business hours rules open and close.

Important: Call schedules evaluate the timezone selected here. If you select America/Chicago, shifts will switch precisely relative to Central Time.
