Building Multi-Level Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Menus

An auto-attendant menu lets callers choose their destination. Audovo's visual menu designer lets you construct complex trees in minutes.

Step 1: Choose Greeting Method

Go to Call Menus > Create Menu. Write a TTS greeting, e.g.: "Press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Support". Or upload a custom MP3 recording.

Step 2: Configure Option Digits

Map digits 0 through 9 to their actions: forwarding to extensions, dialing a ring group, reading a text, or jumping to a sub-menu.

Step 3: Handle Call Timeout

Define what happens if a caller does not press a key (timeout). We recommend redirecting to your main operator ring group after 5 seconds.
