Creating Team Rotations and Weekly On-Call Rotations

Step 1: Define Shift Members

Go to Schedules > On-Call Rotations. Add the team members who will rotate support coverage.

Step 2: Choose Rotation Interval

Choose the swap interval: daily, weekly, or custom hours. Set the handover time (e.g., Monday morning at 8:00 AM). Audovo will route calls to the active agent automatically based on the schedule calendar.
