Setting Up Fallback Ring Options and Voicemail Rules

Fail-safe options ensure you never drop a client. If an agent does not pick up a call, Audovo redirects to fallback systems.

Step 1: Setup Ring Timeouts

Set a ring timeout (e.g. 20 seconds) for your agents. If they do not answer within this limit, the system evaluates the fallback rule.

Step 2: Choose Fallback Action

Redirect the call to a secondary mobile number, a backup ring group, or Audovo voicemail. If voicemail is selected, you can receive the transcribed recording via email automatically.
